Coeymans Hollow Ladies Auxilary Annual Manhattan Clam Chowder Sale this Friday, February 26:

The Ladies of the CHVFC Ladies Auxilary will be chopping and stirring the ingredients for their fourth annual Manhattan Clam Chowder Sale this Friday, February 26.  The next sales will be on Friday, March 12 and Friday, March 26. The Chowder Sale will start at 4:00pm at the Coeymans Hollow Fire House.  The cost of this year's Manhattan Clam Chowder will be $6.50 a quart and the proceeds will benefit the Coeymans Hollow Ladies Auxilary Scholarship Fund.  The Coeymans Hollow Firehouse is located on the corner of State Rt. 143 and Blodgett Hill Road in Coeymans Hollow.  We only make our Chowder three times a year so don't miss out, stop by and pick up a quart or two of the area's best.

Coeymans Fire Company to host their annual Ham Dinner:

The Coeymans Fire Company will host its annual Ham Dinner on Saturday, February 27 at the Coeymans Fire House from 4:00-7:30p.m.   The cost of this year's Ham Dinner will be $9.00 for adults, $8.00 for Seniors (65 and older), $5.00 for Children and Children 4 and under are free.  Advanced tickets are available by calling Josie at 461-7224.  The Coeymans Fire House is located on Church Street in Coeymans.  Take out is also available.  Please show your support for our neighboring fire company.

Line Officers Meeting Scheduled:

The Coeymans Hollow Line Officers will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, March 1 beginning at 7:30p.m.  All Coeymans Hollow Line Officers are encouraged to attend.

Membership Meeting Scheduled:

The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corporation will hold its monthly membership meeting on Tuesday, March 2 beginning at 7:30p.m.  All members of the Corporation are encouraged to attend

Ladies Auxiliary Meeting Scheduled:

The Coeymans Hollow Ladies will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 3 beginning at 7:30p.m.  All members of the Ladies Auxiliary are encouraged to attend.

5 Chiefs Bowling Tournament Scheduled:

The Annual 5 Chiefs Bowling Tournament will be held on Saturday March 6 at the Strike Zone in Ravena.  All Coeymans Hollow Firefighters that would like to bowl in this year's Bowling Tournament are encouraged to sign up at the firehouse no later than Tuesday, March 2.

Nominations are currently being accepted:

Nominations are currently being accepted for 2010 -2011 line officers and board members.  If you would like to nominate someone for an office, please contact Jack Dennis, Matt Mortefolio, Sam Anderson or sign up your nomination at the firehouse.  Election of new officers will be held on Tuesday, April 6.

Installation Banquet Scheduled:

The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corporation will hold its annual installation banquet on Saturday, April 10 at the Waters Edge in New Baltimore.  If you would like to attend this year's banquet, please sign up at the fire house or contact Sue Stratta or Mary Ann Dennis no later than Tuesday, April 6.

Drill Scheduled:

Coeymans Hollow EMS Captain Davin Krzykowski has announced that the drill scheduled for Tuesday, February 23 will be a CPR refresher.  The drill will begin promptly at 7:00p.m. and all Coeymans Hollow Firefighters and EMS Personnel that need to renew their CPR are encouraged to attend.
